Usually within a few days. WorkCraft is a community project run by one person, so there is no support desk, but every message gets read. The chat answers common questions right away.
Send them here and pick "Bug report". For a bug in WorkCraft, an issue on github.com/visoire/workcraft is the fastest way. If it is a bug inside WordCraft, GridCraft, DeckCraft or PdfCraft, we pass it on to the ArtCraft team, or you can open an issue in the app's own repository under github.com/storytold.
Yes. Testing on iPad and desktop, reporting what breaks and sharing ideas all help. WorkCraft is open source, so pull requests are welcome on GitHub; its CONTRIBUTING guide explains the setup and the checks. Or pick "Contributing" above and tell us what you would like to do.
